Juliette Sale

President & Creative Director

An entrepreneur, Canadian gift expert and specialist in product design and manufacturing, Juliette has spent the last eleven years assisting planners in the Corporate and Incentive Travel Market.  Juliette has worked in various positions within the Incentives Travel industry for a variety of DMC's and Corporations, and has an intricate knowledge of how programs are run and operated.  This knowledge has helped develop the policies and procedures at Idea Incentives that better serve you.

With a B.A. from Simon Fraser University where she played Varsity Basketball, Juliette went on to study creative design and production using various mediums including glass, wood and textiles.  Developing symbolic gifts and quality apparel has been a key focus for Idea Incentives and Juliette.  Recognized for her achievements, Juliette was one of the four women nominated for the Entrepreneur of the Year in the 1999 Women of Distinction awards.  She was chosen to be a Canadian delegate for the World Summit of Young Entrepreneurs, hosted by the UN in 1999.  In addition she has been recognized on BCTV, in The Vancouver Sun, The Province, Business in Vancouver, Style Magazine, B.C. Women's Magazine, The Courier, The Georgia Straight, B.C. Labor News, and the Institute for Leadership Development.

Juliette is committed to serving the international meetings and incentives industry and is an active member of M.P.I. and the various associations and organizations that promote Incentive Travel in Canada.  Juliette is dedicated to working with you to meet your group's goals and objectives.  She is committed to artistic excellence and is focused on building long-term client relationships.  One of her favourite quotes is:

Lee McGuire

Lee McGuire is the Director of Operations, and supervises the systems management and I.T. development for our Vancouver office. Lee has worked in destination services, assisting several destination management companies with event décor and on site hospitality and ensures that staff members are trained accordingly to deal with the details of our valued clients. With several years as a Technical Analyst, Lee is in charge of ensuring that all systems are functional and effective. He is also responsible for the development and marketing of our Canada gifts monthly newsletter, and assumes the role of communicating accurate market data from the market development coordinator. Lee is well respected by our industry planners. In his spare time Lee enjoys traveling and hiking, and is a registered massage therapist.
